I first had white lasagne when I was at my friend’s birthday party. I enjoyed it so much I memorized the recipe, not that it is that hard. This has alfredo sauce, chicken, spinach, ricotta, and LOTS of mozzarella. It was so delicious and will be my lunch for the rest of the week.
Tonight I made for myself quite a meal. I have home made egg pasta topped with home made vodka sauce with breaded sautéed chicken. It was a good way to unwind for the day and even more fun to eat. With so much going on in the kitchen I didn’t pay as close to the chicken as I should have so it is a little tougher than I can usually make.
